Restoring a Molecular Mark 4

13th May 2000 Power Up.   Processor OK, and pretty good attempt at booting from Disk.   LOS reporting lots of status errors from the fixed disk in the Hawk drive.   Could be bad, could be nothing!
15th May 2000 Sorted out my boot disks, and switched to using the other drive, and it boots!
five minutes later Disk error!   Turns out the drive belts had dropped off inside.   20 minutes graft, and all is well again.
Some time later Well it boots LOS and OS!!!   Now need to hook up a laptop, write some molly code, and capture a disk image for my emulator!

Restoring a Distributor

27th April 2000 Power Up.   No response from switch panel.   Lark drive seems to getting up to speed and heads loading.
1st May 2000 Cleaning all the edge connectors and reseating the processor boards seems to have fixed the processor.   Can now set registers (PC, MA, A and B).   Can't set any memory locations.   Ni-Cad cells on static RAM boards look very sickly.
16th May 2000 Replacement cells have arrived.
Some time later Not a happy machine!  Would appreciate some TLC and bringing in from the cold garage!
